Therapy is not a one-size fits all approach. Because each person holds a life of unique personal experiences, cultural influences, and varying perspectives, opinions, and beliefs, we will work together to explore and determine which path of treatment will best suit your personal needs and match your goals.
I am trained in varying techniques and strategies grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Positive Psychology, Mindfulness Based Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing. Together we will work in identifying treatment goals, execute steps that we collaboratively determine necessary for personal growth and development, and work to maintain a life of fulfillment, happiness, and sustained ability to overcome whatever it is that life throws your way.
